Prawns with Sun-dried Tomatoes & Olives

Serves 2


  • 150g jumbo king prawns

  • 3 large sun-dried tomatoes

  • 75g edamame beans

  • 10 olives

  • Pinch of fennel seeds

  • Salt and pepper

  • 100g pasta


Cook the pasta as per packet in instructions. In a warm pan add everything else and cook for 5-7 minutes. Add to the pasta and drizzle with the oil. Season with salt and pepper.

To make this vegan/vegetarian, double the edamame beans amount instead of prawns.
