Welcome
We are two sisters, Nicola and Gemma, who are passionate about health and well-being with an aim to help you break the yo-yo diet cycle, improve your nutrition and prioritise your self-care.
Our work is all through evidence-based nutritional education, one-to-one support and tailored coaching. The members portal of our website is full of educational information, resources and recipes to help our members on their journey to a healthier lifestyle.
OUR RESOURCES
What makes us different here at NAFitfood is our unique ability to create healthy recipes that are practical, convenient and nutritionally balanced. Each tasty recipe is created from scratch, in our own kitchens, with each of our clients in mind. It is through our nutritional knowledge that we have enhanced our own body composition and helped our clients achieve their incredible results. We never just give our clients numbers or calories and expect them to know what to do with them. We also don’t dish out prescriptive meal plans. We provide our clients with autonomy through a range of meal examples to suit their energy requirements and lifestyle. You will be impressing your family and friends with your culinary skills in no time!

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY
“Since working with Gemma and NAFitfood I have removed 30cm from around my waist…that figure blows my tiny mind. I am proud of myself. I can also do a side plank these days – enough said!”
“I’ve dropped pounds, but more importantly I now look at food differently. I definitely used to confuse everything but they explain so well about food, steps, protein etc. Their support and advice has been brilliant.”
