Ingredients -serves 1
30g oats
150ml almond milk
15g whey- banana fudge flavour
1 Lindahls Protein pudding - chocolate flavour
1 medium banana
50g blueberries
5g chia seeds
Method
Mix the milk, whey and oats togther. Chop the banana then begin to layer the ingredients into a glass or dessert dish. Start with oats, then sliced banana, chocolate pudding, blueberries and repeat. Sprinkle the seeds on top.
