Christmas Day seafood platter

Ingredients - serves 4-6 or simply serve as "nibbles"
300g prawns
200g smoked salmon
Baby gem lettuce
Dill
Pomegranate seeds
For the sauce:
200g greek yogurt
50ml tomato sauce
Cayenne pepper & salt
1 crushed garlic clove
Squeeze of lemon
Tabasco (optional)
Method
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Shred up the lettuce and place on a nice serving platter. Place the salmon into the middle then surround with your prawns. Blob the sauce over the prawns and decorate with the pomegranate seeds and sprinkle with dill!
