Ingredients - serves 1
1 Cinnamon & raisin bagel thin
1 egg
60g berries
8ml olive oil
1/2 tspn cinnamon
Low cal syrup (we used Skinny Sauce maple)
Method
Beat the egg in a bowl, dip the bagel in making sure it's completely coated. Add to a hot frying pan with the oil. In a separate small pot sauté the berries with a tiny splash of water and the cinnamon (you can leave some for dusting once ready). Meanwhile keep turning the bagel. Cook until nice and golden. Pop the bagel on a plate and pour over the warm berries then add a drizzle of your fave sauce.
*To make this a higher calorie meal use a normal sized bagel, 2 eggs, more olive oil and honey or maple.*
