Fruit 'n' Seeds Homemade Granola



Ingredients - serves 5

Dry:

120g oats

15g chia seeds

15g linseeds

15g pumpkin seeds

15g sunflower seeds

100g raisins

40g dried apricots - chopped

Zest of 1 satsuma


Wet:

50ml maple syrup

1 tbsp honey

100ml soy milk


Method

Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl mix the wet ingredients. Simply add the wet to the dry and mix well. Place on some baking paper, drizzle with honey and cook for 30 minutes in the oven at 150*. You can serve with milk, or greek yogurt or on its own as a snack!
