Ingredients- serves 1

200ml skimmed/almond/coconut milk

1 apple

1 banana

30g courgette

50g blueberries

15g flaxseed/almond/brazil nut mix

25g vanilla whey protein


Method

Add everything to the blender then pour!

With over 6g of fibre this is a healthy start to any day!
