Low carb lunch/breakfast omelette

Ingredients - Serves 1

2 whole eggs

2 egg whites

20g grated courgette

Salt, pepper and chilli flakes


Beat the eggs, egg whites and grated courgette togther in a bowl. Add to a warm pan with one cal oil spray. Cook for a few minutes on each side. This a quick low calorie, low carb meal. Ideal for a fat loss phase.
