No Cook Lunch Bowl

  • 120g tuna or lean protein of your choice

  • 100g chick peas

  • 100g mixed beans

  • Any green vegetables of your choice

  • Gherkins/jalapenos/beetroot


Open the tins and bung it all in a bowl! we used microwave vegetables for added convenience! Season well, easy peasy.
