Nutty Homemade Granola


Ingredients - serves 5


Dry:

120g oats

25g hazelnuts

25g walnuts

15g pumpkin seeds

15g sunflower seeds

1/2 tspn cinnamon

Zest of 1 lime


Wet:

50g almond butter

3 tbsp canderel/stevia

60ml soy milk

Vanilla flavour drops


Method

Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl mix the wet ingredients. Simply add the wet to the dry and mix well. Place on some baking paper and cook for 30 minutes in the oven at 150*. You can serve with milk, or greek yogurt or on its own as a snack!
