Prawn Marie Wraps

Serves 1


  • 125g pre cooked prawns

  • rocket or lambs lettuce

  • Sauce; 50g 0%greek yogurt

  • 30ml tomato sauce

  • Cayenne pepper & salt


Mix the yogurt and sauce together, add the cayenne pepper for some heat! Add the prawns and give it all a good mix. Add to your wraps/pitta/bread with the leaves.
