Ingredients:
125g pre cooked prawns
rocket or lambs lettuce
Sauce; 50g 0%greek yogurt
30ml tomato sauce
Cayenne pepper & salt
Method:
Mix the yogurt and sauce together, add the cayenne pepper for some heat! Add the prawns and give it all a good mix. Add to your wraps/pitta/bread with the leaves.
