Spicy Chicken Wraps with Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 120g Chicken

  • Madras or curry powder

  • 30g of salsa

  • Salad leaves

  • Jalapeños

  • 2 mini wraps or 1 large wrap

Method:

Spray the chicken with one cal oil spray, then sprinkle some spices on it . Pop into the oven and cook for 180* for 25 minutes. You can batch cook more chicken to cover quick lunches all week!. Once Ready slice up and add to your wraps with all the goodies!

To make this vegan use tofu or Quorn if you're vegetarian.
