Ingredients - serves 1
50g wholewheat pasta
100g tuna (spring water drained)
1/2 a yellow pepper
1/2 a red chilli
4 cherry tomatoes
15g green pesto
Method
Chop the pepper, chilli and tomatoes. Cook the pasta as per packet instructions. Cool the pasta in some water then add the raw veg, pesto and tuna! A perfect lunch box meal.
