Ingredients - serves 1
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
150g Skyr yogurt - we used baked apple flavour
Maple syrup - we used Skinny Sauces
Core, peel and chop the apple, cook off in a pan with a splash of water and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Add your yogurt to a glass/dish then layer with the apples, granola and syrup!

To make this plant based use a non-dairy yogurt like Alpro yogurt.
