Tuna Melt

Serves 1


Ingredients:

  • 1 Wholegrain pitta bread

  • 100g Tuna (spring water drained)

  • 15g Cheese

  • 1/4 red onion- chopped finely

  • Gherkins

  • Chilli powder/flakes

  • Salt & Pepper

Method:

Mix the tuna with the red onion, season well. Toast your pitta bread then layer on the tuna mix, gherkins then cheese. Pop under the grill for a few minutes to melt the cheese. Sprinkle with chilli flakes or powder for a bit of heat!
