Ingredients:
1 Wholegrain pitta bread
100g Tuna (spring water drained)
15g Cheese
1/4 red onion- chopped finely
Gherkins
Chilli powder/flakes
Salt & Pepper
Method:
Mix the tuna with the red onion, season well. Toast your pitta bread then layer on the tuna mix, gherkins then cheese. Pop under the grill for a few minutes to melt the cheese. Sprinkle with chilli flakes or powder for a bit of heat!
