Tuna pasta with Avocado


Serves 1


Ingredients:

  • 50g wholegrain pasta

  • 120g tuna (spring water drained)

  • 30g avocado

  • 1/2 red chilli

  • Cucumber, 4 cherry tomatoes

Method:

Cook the pasta as per packet instructions. Chop the veg up and drain the tuna. Once the pasta is ready add everything in, season well and enjoy! Can be served hot or cold.
