25g vanilla protein powder
1 apple chopped
1/2 tsp cinnamon
vanilla flavour drops-optional
Put the oats in a bowl or pot depending on whether you are using the microwave or hob. Grate in the courgette , and add the chopped apple and cinnamon. Add boiling water to the oats, just enough to cover them. Heat on the hob for couple of minutes until you're happy with the consistency, or 30-60 seconds in the microwave. In a separate bowl, mix the protein powder with a splash of water and mix like a runny custard consistency then add to the oats.
