The Sweet Brekky Wrap

Ingredients - serves 1

1 wholemeal wrap

1 medium banana

20g blueberries

10g smooth peanut butter

10g hazelnuts

5g milled flax seed

Dessert spoon maple syrup


Spread the nut butter onto one half of the wrap. On the other half chop and spread the banana. Sprinkle over the flax, blueberries and hazelnuts onto the banana side then fold the nut butter side in half (to cover the banana side). Then fold in half again so it looks like a 1/4 of the wrap. Now add to a warm pan and some oil or one cal spray (not included in nutritional info) and fry on each side for a few minutes. Move to a plate and drizzle with some maple syrup. You can add more fruit if you like. Enjoy!
