Apple & Peanut Butter Quick Snack


Ingredients- serves 1

1 apple

20g peanut butter

10g golden linseeds

Drizzle of honey or maple syrup (if vegan use maple syrup)


Method

Core the apple using an apple corer then slice in rings. The thickness is up to you! Spread the peanut butter, drizzle the honey then sprinkle the seeds. Enjoy this high fibre nutritious snack.
