Baked Oats with Dates, Almonds & Chocolate

Serves 1


  • 50g oats

  • 20g protein powder - vanilla

  • 2 small squares dark chocolate-chopped

  • 2 large dates -chopped

  • 8g flaked almonds

  • 1 small banana

  • 20g blueberries


Mix the oats and protein powder together with some water. Then stir in everything else apart from the banana. Pour the mix into an oven proof dish, top with the sliced banana and pop into the oven for around 15 minutes at 180*.
