Banana & Almond Butter Dessert


Serves 1


Ingredients:

  • 100g frozen banana

  • 200g 0% greek yogurt

  • few drops of banana flavour drops

  • 16g almond butter

  • Small chocolate for around 40 calories!

Method:

Blend the banana and yogurt, then add a few drops of the flavour drops. Add to a bowl then pop your toppings on. Enjoy!

To make this vegan use a plant based yogurt like Alpro, and a vegan friendly chocolate.
