Serves 2
Ingredients:
250g Fillet/Sirloin steak
1 yellow pepper
1 green pepper
2 Spring onions
Splash of soy sauce
40g peanut butter
Habanero chilli flakes
Sprinkle of sesame seeds
Method:
Slice the steaks into thin strips, also slice the peppers and chop the spring onion. Set the spring onion aside until the end. Cook the beef on a high heat for 1 minute then add the peppers . Cook for 5-6 minutes (until the beef is cooked to your liking). Add in a good splash of soy sauce and a small sprinkle of the habanero chilli flakes (these are hot!). Mix in your peanut butter, stir quickly.
You can add in a small splash of water to loosen the sauce. Season with salt. Upon serving sprinkle over the spring onion and sesame seeds.
