2 chicken sausages
1 medium sized wrap (around 120 calories)
Mushrooms & spinach
15ml tomato sauce
Mustard - Optional
Fry or oven cook the sausages as per packet instructions. Using one cal oil spray cook the mushrooms in a frying pan for around 10 minutes, adding the spinach in just at the end so it wilts down. Add everything to your wrap (you can warm this in the micro for 10 secs first), add sauces if you like!

To make this plant based use 2 Linda McCartney sausages instead of chicken.
