Breakfast Waffles


Ingredients- serves 5

This mix will make 10 waffles (1 waffle is 1/4)


260g wholemeal plain flour

1/2 tspn baking powder

45ml rapeseed oil

60g light brown sugar

250ml skimmed milk

2 eggs

1/2 tspn vanilla extract

1/2 tspn cinnamon

Pinch of salt


Method

Add everything to a blender, blend well to create a thick batter. Add this to a jug then pour into your waffle maker. Follow the machine instructions for cooking. Once ready cut into 4. Serve with any toppings you enjoy: warm berries, banana and maple... the topPings are endless! Enjoy!
