Carrot Cake Over-night Oats

Serves 1


  • 50g oats

  • 35g grated carrot

  • 25g vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 15g raisins

  • 8g walnuts


Add your oats, carrots , raisins , protein powder and cinnamon to a bowl with water and give it a good mix. Leave for at least an hour (or overnight ) before serving. Add your walnuts and dust with some cinnamon. You can also have this warm if you prefer!

To make this vegan use a plant based yogurt like Alpro and a vegan friendly sauce.
