Cheesecake crumpet

Serves 1


  • 50g Philadelphia light

  • 15g protein powder -vanilla used

  • 1 crumpet

  • 1 large strawberry

  • 1 square of dark chocolate

  • Drizzle of honey


Mix the cheese and protein powder together well. You can add vanilla flavour drops too for extra sweetness if you like!. Pop the crumpet in the toaster, add the cheese/protein then add the toppings!
