
Ingredients: serves 1
100g pre cooked chicken
Mushrooms - as many as you like
1/2 onion
1/2 courgette
Bean sprouts - as many as you like
50g Wholewheat Noodles
1-2 garlic cloves
Soy sauce
1 cal oil spray for cooking (or sesame oil for a higher calorie option)
Method
Add the oil, mushrooms, onions, courgette and finely chopped garlic to a hot pan for around 5-7 minutes. Add in the cooked chicken with a good splash of soy sauce. In a separate pot, cook the noodles as per packet instructions. Chuck the bean sprouts into the pan with more soy sauce then stir the nooodles in once they are ready.
