Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients - Serves 5
450g Chicken
1 Medium Onion
1 Medium Carrot
2 Garlic Cloves
100g Fresh Parsley
½ tsp Dried Rosemary
75g Wholewheat Spaghetti
1500 Litre of boiling water with 4 chicken stock cubes
Method
Chop the onion, carrot, garlic and parsely finely. Add to a warm pan with a little water or tsp of oil (except the parsley). Cook for 5 minutes or so then add the chicken breasts and stock water. Bring to the boil then simmer gently for around 30 minutes. At this point add the spaghetti and herbs in. You can break it up or keep it long, your choice. Simmer for further 15-20 mins. When ready pull the chicken apart with 2 forks. Salt & Pepper to taste!
