Chilli & Garlic Tatties

Ingredients - serves 5


750g new potatoes

1 red chilli

2 cloves garlic

12g olive oil


Method


Slice the potatoes in half, parboil for 8 minutes. Finely chop the garlic and chilli and add to the oil with a good pinch of salt. Place the potatoes on a baking tray, drizzle over the oil, mix and cook for around 30-40 minutes at 190*
