Ingredients:
2 whole eggs
2 egg whites
Handful of spinach
1/2 red chilli
Method:
Beat the eggs together then add to warm pan with 1 cal oil spray. Chuck in the spinach and finely sliced chilli. Cook for a few minutes then turn over for another few. Voila!
