Chocolate Orange Overnight Oats


Ingredients - Serves 1

40g oats

150g 0% Greek yogurt

2 satsumas

150ml almond milk

1 square dark chocolate

Vanilla flavour drops

Garnish with some raisins/dried fruit


Method

Mix the oats, milk and yogurt together well. Next add the zest of 1 satsuma. Now squeeze all the juice of it and add to the oat mix too. Peel then chop the other satsuma and mix through too. Add a few flavour drops in and mix. Grate most of the chocolate and add this through the oats too. Pop in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes. When it's ready to eat you can garnish with the rest of the chocolate and some dried fruit.
