
Ingredients - serves 1
(The plums will serve 4 - store in the fridge and use as and when)
800g plums
30g dries cranberries
1/2 tspn cinnamon
Honey to drizzle
170g 0% Greek yogurt
20g vanilla whey protein powder
Dark chocolate to grate
Method
Cut the plums in half and add to an oven-proof dish with the cranberries and cinnamon.
Add a splash of water and cook at 150* for 35 minutes.
Check after 15-20 minutes and a bit more water if it has dried up.
Remove the stones once cooked and drizzle with honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Mix the yogurt and whey protein powder together then begin to layer the plums and yogurt. Grate some dark chocolate to garnish. Enjoy!
