Donna’s Breakfast Muffins

Serves 1


  • 50g Oats

  • 25g Protein Powder

  • 1 whole egg

  • 100ml water

  • Some blueberries

  • 1 square dark chocolate - chopped


Mix up all of the ingredients and pour into a muffin tray (pre sprayed with one cal oil spray)- this will fill 5! Cook for 25 minutes in the oven at 180*. Serve with greek yogurt and your fave low cal sauce!
