
Ingredients - serves 2
1 tin of 5 bean salad - drained
2" piece of cucumber
1 carrot - grated
1 pepper
Handful of spinach
4 radish sliced
1 avocado
1/2 red chilli
Small handful of coriander and parsley
Method
Chop everything then add to a large bowl with the beans and mix well! You can add some tuna, prawns, tofu, chicken if you want extra protein too or serve with falafels and hummus (only the salad is shown in nutritional info).
