Eggs with Spicy Avocado


Serves 1


Ingredients:

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 1 wholemeal bagel thin

  • 4 cherry tomatoes

  • 40g avocado

  • Cayenne pepper, salt

Method:

Mash the avocado down with a fork. Add 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper and a good pinch of salt. Next fry or poach your eggs. Add everything to your toasted bagel!
