Ingredients:
2 turkey rashers
2 chicken sausages
1 whole egg
handful of spinach
10 mushrooms
1/2 beef tomato
1 slice wholemeal bread
20ml sauce
Method:
Grill the rashers and sausages as per packet instructions . Fry your egg, mushrooms and tomato in some 1 cal oil spray. Serve with a slice of toast and your fave sauce!
