Ingredients- serves 1
50g Oats
200ml Soy milk
15g nut butter
50g blueberries (frozen or fresh)
15g pumpkin seeds
10g milled chia seeds
5g desicated coconut
Drizzle of maple syrup - optional
Method
Cook your oats in the milk either on the hob for 3-5 minutes or microwave for 1.30-2 minutes on full power. Meanwhile, gently simmer the blueberries for 5-8 minutes in a small pot on the hob. When the oats and bluberries are ready simply add everything to a bowl as per the picture and enjoy!
