Ingredients:
2 slices wholemeal bread
1 whole egg
Vanilla flavour drops
50g frozen berries
50g 0%greek yogurt to serve
Drizzle of honey
Method:
Beat the egg then dip your bread in to cover both sides. Add the eggy bread to a warm pan with one cal oil spray. In a separate pot cook down your berries in a splash of water and a few drops of vanilla drops until they are a soft sauce.Turn the bread a few times until nice and golden. Slice up, drizzle with honey then pour over the berries. You can add greek yogurt if you like!
