High protein biscoff & banana pancakes

Ingredients - serves 1


2 whole eggs

25g vanilla whey protein powder

1/2 banana

15g biscoff spread


Method


Beat the eggs and protein powder to form a pancake mix.

Add to a warm pan, if your pan is a good non-stick then you'll not need oil. If not use 1 cal oil spray.

Add the chopped banana to the pan. After a few minutes pour in half the pancake mix and cook for a minute on each side.

Pop this on a plate then cook the rest of the mix.

Once ready add to the plate and spoon on the warm banana then top with biscoff.
