Hot Apple & Biscoff Porridge


Ingredients - Serves 1


40g Oats

150ml Skimmed milk

1 Small apple peeled and diced

100g Greek or Skyr Yogurt

16g Biscoff spread

Toffee flavour drops (optional)


Method


Add the chopped apples to your oats then pour over the milk. Heat in the microwave for 130 seconds or cook gently on the hob. Blob on the greek yogurt and biscoff and enjoy!
