Quantity is up to you, make a big batch and it will do you all week!


Ingredients:

  • Sugar snap peas

  • Green beans

  • Frozen peas

  • 2garlic cloves (crushed)

  • 1/2 red chilli

  • 2cm piece of ginger

  • Splash soy sauce


Method:

Add all ingredients into a frying pan and gently fry for 10 minutes. serve and enjoy!
