50g black beans
50g kala chana
1/2 orange pepper
2 inch piece of cucumber
10g linseeds
Chilli flakes
Pinch of salt
Method
Chop the veg then mix everything up in a bowl! This is a good accompaniment for chicken, prawns, tuna, tofu for a quick packed lunch for work.
