Ingredients: Serves 4
70g edamame beans
240g Kala chana
1 stick of celery
2 inch piece of cucumber
1/2 red chilli
10 olives
5 cherry tomatoes
6g chia seeds
Method
Chop up the veg nice and small and mix with the beans and kala chana. Sprinkle over the seeds.
