Madras Chips

  • 1 Large baking potato - around 200g

  • 1/2 tsp madras curry powder

  • Salt


Cut your potato into chunky chips. Par boil for 3-4 minutes. Drain then spray with one cal oil spray. Coat in the salt and madras powder then pop in the oven for 25 mins at 190* or air-fryer for 20!
