Mango & Blueberry 30 minute Oats




Ingredients - serves 1

40g oats

100g Skyr mango yogurt

100ml almond milk

50g blueberries (we used frozen)

90g mango (we used frozen)

20g vanilla whey protein powder

15g mixed nuts - chopped


Method

Mix the oats, milk, whey protein powder, blueberries and yogurt together and pop in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight. Defrost the mango or use fresh. Add the mango and nuts when you're ready to eat. You can also add everything at the one time if you prefer!
