Nic's Epic Chocolate Baked Oats with all the Toppings!

Ingredients - serves 1

45g oats

1 egg

Pinch of baking powder

Drizzle of maple syrup (we used Skinny Sauces)

20g chocolate whey protein powder

Tiny splash of milk

20g blueberries

1/2 banana - sliced chunky

10g peanut butter

20g dark chocolate ( we used Tony's salted almond)

8g mixed nuts - chopped


Blend the first 6 ingredients. Spray your dish with a few squirts of one cal oil spray to prevent sticking. Pour the mixture into your dish then add the rest of the ingredients, blobbing the peanut butter around in small blobs. Chop the chocolate and nuts and spread over evenly too.

Cook for 20-25 minutes at 180*
