Ingredients:
2 whole eggs
2 egg whites
1 bagel thin
Salad veg
Method:
Beat the eggs together then add to a warm pan with some one cal oil spray. Cook for a few minutes then flip over. Cook for a further few minutes then add to a toasted bagel. Serve with salad.
