Ingredients:
1 whole egg
25g protein powder
100ml skimmed milk
1 small banana
8g almond or peanut butter
Method:
Mix or blend the milk, egg and protein powder into a batter consistency. Spray some one cal oil spray into a warm pan. Pour your mixture in to make 2 pancakes. Slice the banana and add to the side of the pan to warm through. Cook the pancakes for a minute or two on each side.Move to a plate and top with the warm banana, nut butter and optional grating of dark chocolate.

To make this vegan use a plant based protein powder, almond milk, and a vegan friendly chocolate, replace egg with 20g oats.
