Raspberry Ruffle Oats

  • 50g oats

  • 25g raspberry protein powder

  • 50g frozen raspberries

  • 1 square of dark chocolate


Put the oats in a bowl or pot depending on whether you are using the microwave or hob. Add boiling water to the oats, just enough to cover them. Heat on the hob for couple of minutes until you're happy with the consistency, or 30-60 seconds in the microwave. In a separate bowl, mix the protein powder with a splash of water and mix like an icing consistency then add to the oats with the toppings.

To make this vegan use a plant based protein powder.
