Ingredients:
1 whole egg, 3 egg whites
1 slice of wholemeal bread
You can add mushrooms, peppers, spinach, cherry tomatoes
Method:
Mix the egg and egg whites together, then add to a warm pan with a few sprays of one cal oil spray. Continuously stir the eggs until they scramble. You can also do this in the microwave for a few minutes if you prefer. Serve with veg.
